Following your initial contact with us, we will arrange a convenient date for a free consultation to discuss your ideas, leading onto the design stage.
Idea
Following your initial contact with us, we will arrange a convenient date for a free consultation to discuss your ideas, leading onto the design stage.
Feasibility Study
We will then carry out a feasibility study based on your requirements and design ideas, in order to provide you with a full schedule of works and costs based on your initial ideas. However, should you wish to at any point of the development stage, make changes, we are more than happy to provide you with phase 2 costings.
Discuss
During this meeting we will present our proposals for your project, including your free no obligation quotation,highlighting any requirements with regards to planning consents, and potential time frames. Should you wish to accept our quotation and choose our services, we would require a 25% deposit 5 working days prior to the agreed start date. Interim payments may be required, dependent upon length of the project.
Design
The next step is establishing your personal design requirements, for your specific project. (From Floor To Roof and Everything In Between).
In addition, we offer a bespoke design service, tailor made to assist in your choice of colour, textures and finishing touches.
Develop
On agreeing a start date, work will commence on your project. As we appreciate that during the development stage you may decide on changes to the agreed schedule of works. This is completely acceptable and a frequent occurrence during this process. Should this arise, we are more than happy to accommodate any changes and will provide you with a phase 2 schedule with relevant pricing. All too often you hear of confusion with what has been agreed between client and company, this process negates any confusion as to what has been agreed and accepted, as all the works we provide are itemised in advance and within schedule.
